In an effort to maintain health and increase work productivity, Statistics Pemalang Regency carries out "Jumat Bercahaya" activities. One of the favorite activities is morning exercise together.

Morning exercise is an effective way to maintain body and mind fitness. With a healthy body, we will be more productive at work. Apart from that, this activity can also increase the spirit of togetherness between employees.

The enthusiasm of the employees can be seen from their cheerful faces when following the exercise movements guided by instructor Nia Idhiyanti. After the exercise, the employees continued their office activities with new enthusiasm.
