Submission of the results of the Organizational Culture Survey within Statistics Central Java Prov

On Monday (4/11) all Statistics Pemalang Regency employees took part in the socialization of the results of the Organizational Culture Survey (SBO) which was held online by BPS Central Java Province. The activity was opened by the Head of Statistics Central Java Province, Endang Tri Wahyuningsih.

The aim of the SBO is to obtain an overview of the implementation of BerAKHLAK during 2024. The results of the SBO were presented by Maharanny Diwid as Change Ambassador (CA) BPS Central Java Province.

The SBO results were obtained through a complete census with respondents from all BPS employees. This survey was conducted by selecting behaviors that are top of mind to obtain the current cultural conditions at BPS. The moral implementation index is divided into 4 categories, very unhealthy, unhealthy, quite healthy and healthy.

Statistics Pemalang Regency is in the quite healthy category by obtaining a moral implementation index of 61.70 and is in the 5th highest position within the Central Java Province BPS after BPS Semarang Regency.
