Tuesday is Becoming More Classy (Workforce in Pemalang Regency 2023-2024)

In the context of the Development of the Integrity Zone (ZI) towards a Corruption-Free Area (WBK), particularly the Change Management Pillar and the application of Competent Ethical Values.
On Tuesday (26/11), the Tuesday Makin Berkelas (Internal Media Consolidation Sharing the Skills and Experiences of Statisticians) activity was held again with the theme of Labor in Pemalang Regency 2023-2024.


The knowledge sharing this morning was delivered by Ninda Nailis Surayya. In this morning's presentation, several Employment Indicators were discussed, including the Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK) in Pemalang Regency for 2024, which is 72.24 percent, an increase compared to 2023, which was 69.58 percent. Another indicator, the Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) in Pemalang Regency for 2024, is 6.63 percent, an increase compared to 2023, which was 6.55 percent.


As a closing to the event, the Head of Statistic of Pemalang Regency, Teguh Iman Santoso, advised the staff to always learn and understand the meaning of the macroeconomic indicators produced by BPS as an implementation of BerAKHLAK in the daily execution of statistical activities.
