In the context of the Development of the Integrity Zone (ZI) towards the Corruption-Free Area (WBK), particularly the Pillar of Change Management and the Restructuring of the Human Resource Management System, on Thursday (05/12), the "YOU'RE COOL" (Thursday for Creativity and Sharing Positive Energy) event was held in the BPS Pemalang Regency auditorium.

This time, in the "KAMU KEREN" event, four employees had the opportunity to express their creativity by showcasing their artistic talents and playing face and picture guessing games. Your participants were awesome this morning, asked to guess pieces of facial images and combinations of images. Through this activity, participants are trained to think outside the box, just like in the workplace. To enhance competence, it is necessary to think of extraordinary things that can be applied to daily work.
