Monday Motivation with the theme "Year-End Goals"

In the context of the Development of the Integrity Zone (IZ) towards a Corruption-Free Area (CFA), particularly the Pillar of Change Management and the Restructuring of Human Resource Management Systems, as well as the implementation of collaborative ethical values, the "MOTIVATIONAL MONDAY" event was held on Monday (12/9) in the BPS Kabupaten Pemalang auditorium.

The Monday Morning Motivation activity this morning discussed year-end targets including publications, routine technical and non-technical targets, public services, and budget realization targets. Ma'mun Aminudin, as the Commitment Maker, also had the opportunity to present material related to the plan for completing budget accountability.

Today also marks the beginning of a new working atmosphere, namely the Flexible Working Space (FWS) within the BPS Pemalang Regency. The Head of Statistics Pemalang Regency, Teguh Iman Santoso, hopes that the FWS atmosphere can enhance work productivity.
