The Head of the Statistics of Pemalang Regency, Teguh Iman Santosa, visited the Pulosari Subdistrict Office and met with Bejo Setyawidodo, the Secretary of the Pulosari Subdistrict. In the meeting, the publication of the Kecamatan Dalam Angka (KCA) Pulosari 2024 was handed over, along with a request for support in preparing for the implementation of the Economic Census 2026, which will begin with mapping activities next year.

In the discussion of the Beautiful Village Program (Love Statistics), the Pulosari Sub-District Head proposed that all 12 villages in the Pulosari Sub-District be directly involved in this program. However, Teguh explained that the initial trial in one village is an important foundation for building the Desa Cantik data system, which can later serve as a reference for other villages.

The Sub-District Head of Pulosari fully supports the idea, in line with his goal of building an integrated data system across the sub-district. In fact, he hopes that the Desa Cantik program can be a first step in filling the data gaps that are currently still visible on the Pulosari Sub-District website. On that occasion, the Sub-District Head recommended Desa Penakir and Desa Pulosari as pilot villages for the Desa Cantik program.

This activity is also part of the efforts of the Pemalang Regency BPS in supporting the development of the Integrity Zone (ZI) towards WBK, with a focus on strengthening the quality of public services and the implementation of Collaborative BerAKHLAK values.
