Monday Spirit "preparation of the team leader's report"

The Head of Statistics of Pemalang Regency BPS, Teguh Iman Santoso, advised all employees to straighten their intentions because everything starts with intention. Teguh also wished a happy Mother's Day and reminded everyone to always visit and pray for our mothers.

The team leader was asked to prepare a report for all activities in 2024. The report was made as a form of accountability for technical and administrative activities in 2024. The activities continued with an intensive discussion to prepare for 2025.

This directive was conveyed during the Monday Spirit event (23/12) as part of the development of the Integrity Zone (IZ) towards the Corruption-Free Area (CFA), particularly focusing on the Change Management Pillar and the restructuring of the Human Resource Management System, as well as the implementation of the BerAKHLAK values of Accountability and Collaboration.
