You Cool "Starting the Year 2025"

In the context of the Development of the Integrity Zone (ZI) towards a Corruption-Free Area (WBK), particularly the Pillar of Change Management and the Restructuring of Human Resource Management Systems, on Thursday (02/01) the "YOU'RE COOL" (Thursday for Creativity and Sharing Positive Energy) event was held in the BPS Auditorium of Pemalang Regency.

Your Cool Activity this time two employees have the opportunity to provide positive motivation about life. Adi Prihastanto delivered material on the 5 Signs of a True Man, stating that a man should have Karyo (Work), Wismo (Home), Garwo (Wife/Partner), Turonggo (Vehicle), and Kukilo (Hobby/Pleasure). Meanwhile, Werri Yulianto presented a fable titled "Dada Merah Si Burung Murai," which tells the story of how the red color on the chest of the magpie robin originated. From the story, one can derive the symbolic and metaphorical meaning of life, which is that sometimes help requires sacrifice.

I hope the first edition of the Kamu Keren event in 2025 brings new enthusiasm to all BPS Pemalang Regency employees to achieve even better results than the previous year.
