Monday Spirit with the theme "performance issues and the opening of the Price Survey Training"

On Monday (13/1), the Pemalang Regency BPS held the Monday Spirit activity again in the BPS Auditorium of Pemalang Regency. The activity was led by the Head of Statistics of Pemalang Regency, Teguh Iman Santoso. After the material on employee performance issues, it was followed by the opening of the producer price survey officer training.

Teguh conveyed that individual performance must support organizational performance so that it can produce outputs that can be utilized by others. To support this, several actions are taken such as forming cross-functional agile teams, developing individual performance, and conducting discussions between leaders and work teams.

Teguh also expressed appreciation to the price statistics team for completing the 2024 target. Additionally, Teguh also reminded everyone to continue paying attention to extreme data and sleeping data so that the resulting data becomes more accurate.
