Pemalang, October 1, 2024 – Head of Statistics Pemalang Regency, Teguh Iman Santoso, attended the 2024 Literacy Festival held at GOR Kridanggo, Pemalang. The event was also attended by the Acting Regent of Pemalang along with Forkompimda, including various groups such as writers, literacy activists, and the general public.

The 2024 Literacy Festival showcased a variety of activities, including book discussions and artistic performances related to the world of literacy. Additionally, there was a book fair featuring various publishers offering attractive discounts for visitors.

The event is expected to enhance the community's interest in reading and foster a more critical and creative generation.
