Monday's spirited activity regarding employee discipline

In the context of developing an Integrity Zone (ZI) towards a Corruption Free Area (WBK), especially the pillars of change management, structuring the HR management system and strengthening accountability and implementing the value of BerAKHLAK, on Monday (4/11) a "SPIRIT MONDAY" activity was held in the hall of Statistics Pemalang Regency . Today's activity was about employee discipline delivered by Teguh Iman Santoso, Head of Statistics Pemalang Regency.

Discipline is not just physical behavior, it can also be verbal or written. The discipline of taking attendance on time is an example of something small but very important. Teguh appealed to all Statistics Pemalang Regency employees to make changes. Change KuDis(lack of discipline) to SaDis(very disciplined).
