BPS Kabupaten Pemalang will hold Sectoral Statistics Coaching, Socialization of the Love for Statistics Village, and Socialization of Public Service Standard Establishment on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at the BKD Auditorium of Pemalang Regency as part of the Integrity Zone development and the implementation of the core values of BerAKHLAK. Various OPDs, representatives from the Beautiful Village, academics, media, and community leaders attended the event.
Titi Resmiyati, Head of Statistics and Encoding at Diskominfo Pemalang, emphasized the importance of inter-agency cooperation to produce accurate and reliable sectoral data. Quality data is crucial for creating effective and targeted development policies. In addition, this spirit is realized by strengthening the Statistical Love Villages, also known as Beautiful Villages, as centers for data collection at the village level.
According to Eko Budi Santosa, Acting Head of the Pemalang Regency BPS, this activity is a strategic step to build a strong statistical culture. Through programs like PST, Statistical Corner, dan Beautiful Villages, BPS aims to enhance public knowledge about statistics and encourage all community members to actively participate in data management and utilization.
The event was moderated by Somadi, and Andrian Septi Kurniawidhi presented material on sectoral statistical development, Nia Idhiyanti presented material on beautiful villages, and Asyeh Haqiq presented material on the establishment of public service standards. The Q&A session was also conducted with a two-way conversation.
The event concluded with the signing of the minutes for the establishment of public service standards by the BPS Pemalang Regency. It is hoped that this activity will serve as a momentum to strengthen the joint commitment in realizing an inclusive and effective One Data Pemalang.
