Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics of Pemalang Regency 2024

The Central Statistics Agency (BPS), as one of the public service providers that supplies statistical data and information, continuously strives to provide excellent service to its consumers. BPS has routinely conducted the Customer Satisfaction Survey (SKM) every year, which is integrated into the Data Needs Survey (SKD). This survey not only aims to assess consumer satisfaction with BPS data services but also seeks to identify data needs and consumer satisfaction with the quality of data produced by BPS. The report on the results of the 2024 SKD is presented in the form of a publication titled *"Analysis of the 2024 BPS Data Needs Survey Results."* This publication contains an overview of consumer data needs and consumer perceptions of BPS service performance, as well as consumer perceptions of the quality of BPS data. The main indicators presented in this publication include the Customer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK).
